SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES

All Orders are meticulously crafted in our workshop within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on your shipping zone and method:

1. Bulgaria Zone (DOMESTIC)

Shipping method: Speedy, Ekont, or Box Now
Shipment cost: FREE for all orders
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days after shipping

2. Europe Zone (European Union)

Standard Shipping (Post One): Flat rate of €8.00 | Delivery time: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping (DHL Express): Flat rate of €25.00 | Delivery time: 2-3 business days
FREE SHIPPING: On all European orders over €400.00.

3. Rest of the World Zone (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)

Standard Shipping (Post One): Flat rate of €12.00 | Delivery time: 7-15 business days
Express Shipping (DHL Express): Flat rate of €45.00 | Delivery time: 3-5 business days
FREE SHIPPING: On all international orders over €400.00.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, peak seasons, or local postal service disruptions.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order (for orders outside the European Union). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).

Damages

We take great care in packing our products, and damages are a highly unlikely event during shipping. We are liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and will fully cooperate in case needed.

If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
